SHIFT SUPERVISOR – (3) FT Positions responsible for assisting individuals with disabilities in their day-to-day living needs, including: habilitation, building community and family/friends supports, supervision, health and safety, enhancement of quality of life. Supervisory experience preferred. $12.50/hr.
1. Sunday- Thursday: 1pm-10pm.

3. Tuesday/Wednesday 2pm-9pm, Thursday/Friday 3pm-10pm, and Saturday 9am-9pm.

Must Have: Valid driver license, No history of neglect, abuse or exploitation.
