Seeking a Project Manager to supervise a crew of janitorial staff and to coordinate work projects and their completion.
Must be able to:
Create Excel Spreadsheets
Log on and attend weekly Zoom Meetings
Provide Supervision and Mentorship
Perform evaluations in conjunction with HR
Be the Liason between the client and our management office
Coordinate work schedules and yearly work to be performed
Must be computer savvy and have management experience. We are looking for a team player who can work independently, manage their time, and take the lead. Hours will vary but will generally start at 10 am
Janitorial experience is a must! Facilities Maintenance experience is a plus!
This position will also help to load and unload supplies, organize closets, fix machines, do supply runs, and coordinate schedules.
