LABORER JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our location is in Corvallis, MT
DEFINITION:
Under direction from the General Manager or Foreman, performs varied types of manual and unskilled laboring work, does other related duties as required which may include but not limited to:
Loading, lifting, and moving supplies and equipment.
Digging trenches and doing manual grading.
Collecting rubbish and other refuse from job site.
Loading and unloading trucks.
Shoveling gravel, native material and sand.
Cutting down trees.
Loading debris into truck for removal.
Sorting and piling, clean salvageable brick, stone, lumber, and metal work.
KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
Ability to perform manual tasks either alone or as a member of a group.
Ability to perform heavy manual labor for prolonged periods of the time under varying temperatures and climatic conditions.
Ability to follow prescribed procedures.
Ability to utilize various types of electronic and/or manual recording and information systems used by the company, office, or related units.
Communicate with dispatch, office personnel and fellow employees.
Detailed tracking and reporting of working hours and job locations.
Adhere to company rules and regulations.
Make safety a priority at all times.
Must pass a background check & drug test prior to employment and also randomly throughout employment.
Self-starter who works well as a team and also independently.
Disciplined, dependable and reliable.
Health, Dental and Vision offered after 90 days. Pay is DOE.
