Trust Land Farm is a mixed vegetable and flower farm located in Missoula, Montana. We are located just a few miles from downtown Missoula and accessible by bike or bus. Our farm mission is to have fun, grow community, and care for our planet through wholesome foods with a commitment to quality, kindness, and environmental integrity. We grow a big variety of veggies for our busy farm stand and offer wholesale produce that we deliver to local restaurants and caterers. Some of our main crops include cut salad greens, large leaf greens, tomatoes, garlic, peppers, strawberries, and herbs, among many more!
Two full-time and one part-time position available.
Full-time farm hands will assist with all aspects of the farm operations including: field and crop planning and management; greenhouse management; irrigation; farmstand management; customer service for clients and the general public; produce harvest, washing, packing, and delivery; infrastructure building and maintenance; and any other farm task as necessary. Full-time positions available starting March or April and ending mid November, depending on the season. $15-18/hour DOE.
Part-time positions will primarily focus on harvest, farm stand management, and field cultivation with support to other tasks as needed. Part-time position available starting April or May and ending mid October, depending on the season. $14-17/hour DOE.
Farm experience preferred. Full-time farm hands ideally have 1-2 years of experience on farms.
