Local company looking to hire a painter. Carpentry and general construction labor experience also very helpful and would be compensated. Mid level experience please. Must be able to mask floors, windows, etc., cut and roll, cut clean lines, prefer someone who can run a pump but will train the right person if you are experienced in other areas of painting. Must be able to perform basic painting tasks without supervision. Pay is DOE but we do take good care of our people. Option of being on the books or can subcontract. This is a full time position. We do remodel work occasionally so if you have a carpentry skill set we would love to talk.
Several musts:
Be drug free (excluding drugs legal in the state of MT.) (We will ask to test you if suspicion arises)
Be clean and detail oriented.
Have reliable transportation
Be willing to travel around the Missoula area and the north Bitteroot
Not afraid of heights and can lift/carry full 5 gallon buckets and ladders
Be a self starter willing to work
Be able to work independently or as part of a team
Be able to follow directions and care about doing quality work
Read a tape measure
Basic construction knowledge and trade experience preferred
