A local law group is looking to hire an Associate Attorney to join our team and gradually advance to becoming one of our lead Litigation Defense or Estate Planning Attorneys.
Responsibilities
Gather evidence and draft legal briefs and reports.
Help clients understand their legal options.
Prepare and present defenses for our clients.
Supervise paralegals and support staff on related files.
Licensed to practice law in Montana or able to obtain licensing as a condition of employment.
Qualifications
2-5 years of attorney experience
Values-aligned
Advanced communication and writing skills
Hard-working and organized
Strong character and unimpeachable integrity
