We are currently looking for and Administrative Assistant within our company. Day to day tasks include answering phones and emails, general bookkeeping, minor tax work, and general organization(making copies, organizing files, keeping a schedule). This is a full time position and pay is depending on experience with some included benefits. Secondary education and Notary certification is preferred but not required particularly a background in accounting. General computer skills are a must; knowledge in Word, Excel, and a general understanding of Microsoft operating systems.
