Application Manager/Maintenance Department Assistance (cleaning and inspections) at busy property management company.
Responsible for the bulk of application processing: includes discussing application processes and procedures with applicants and qualifying criteria, collecting applications and application fees, screening applicants for credit, criminal and income qualifications, notifying applicants of approval or denial. The application manager also helps with answering phones and with walk in traffic in the office.
Will also help the maintenance department with house cleaning and inspections as needed.
