About us

We’re a small but mighty company that creates high-quality therapy resources for speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists. Our mission is to support therapists in providing excellent, person-centered care by giving them tools that are creative, evidence-based, and easy to use.

The role

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and staying organized. Our company offers a membership-based library of printable therapy resources, and medical facilities reach out to us to establish a partnership so their staff can access our materials at a discounted rate. This is not a cold-calling sales role. You’ll be working with warm leads (1–5 facilities per week) who have expressed interest in our resources. Your job is to nurture those connections, guide them through onboarding, and make sure their experience with us feels smooth, professional, and supportive.

In addition, you’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly through a variety of administrative tasks.

What you'll do

Facility accounts and relationships

Follow up with incoming facility quote requests using scripts, templates, and your own relational style.

Call and email facility contacts to answer questions, check in, and keep the process moving forward.

Track leads and account progress in a simple log.

Support new facilities as they onboard, ensuring they feel confident using our resources.

Meet quarterly with the owner to review lead progress and share insights.

Administrative and operational support

Answer support emails, often using scripts, but sometimes requiring problem-solving and warm, supportive communication.

Manage kit product inventory and coordinate assembly with our partner, Opportunity Resources.

Draft new release emails and generate simple reports.

Fulfill sales orders, including packaging, arranging UPS/USPS pick-ups, or dropping off at shipping centers.

Manage returned products.

Take on other administrative tasks as needed to keep operations flowing.

What we’re looking forWarm, personable communication style (phone and email).

Organized and detail-oriented so that no lead or task slips through the cracks.

Comfortable balancing relational work with logistical/administrative responsibilities.

Professional presence and reliability.

Background in healthcare, education, customer service, account management, or small business operations is a plus.

Why you'll love this roleFlexible, meaningful work that has a direct impact on therapists and patients.

Be part of a small, mission-driven team where your contribution truly matters.

A dynamic mix of relationship-building and operational tasks.

How to apply

Send your resumé and a note about why you’re excited about this role. Applications will be reviewed as they are received. Priority will be given to applications submitted by October 17, 2025.
