In this position, you will be working with our customers to help them in achieving the home of their dreams! With our commission based compensation plan, there is no cap on income potential; your income will be limited only by the amount of effort you apply. In addition, other benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off and generous employee discounts on furniture, area rugs, mattresses and accessories. We guarantee your income for the first three months of employment while you learn our systems and our inventory.
