Sales & Operations Associate – Join Our Team!
Axmen is a family-owned, community-focused business looking for a dependable and versatile Sales & Operations Associate to join our team. This role combines customer service and sales with hands-on responsibilities like forklift operation, fill propane, inventory, and general upkeep. No two days are the same, and we value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude.
What You’ll Do:
Help customers in the showroom and provide product recommendations.
Prepare quotes, process sales, and follow up with customers.
Operate a forklift to move and organize products.
Assist with inventory, stocking, and general upkeep of the store.
Handle outdoor duties like garbage, propane fills, gates, and snow removal.
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented.
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all seasons.
Forklift experience a plus (or willing to be trained).
Able to lift/move heavy items. (50lbs)
Customer service or retail experience preferred, but not required.
