Massage Therapist Needed!
Looking for someone interested in working with women and mom’s (though not exclusively).
Hello, I have a growing collective called MamaSpace Massage and I am looking for another LMT to join the team! We currently have 2 LMT's, an acupuncturist and a physical therapist who specialize in pregnancy/postpartum care. However, we do treat all folks. I have a growing massage clientele and a lot of need in this specific population for good bodyworkers. While I do not exclusively work with moms, my professional network is largely birth workers, so I am looking for someone who would enjoy working with this same clientele. Some additional training or experience in pregnancy or postpartum massage would be a plus, and I would also be willing to train the right person.
We have a beautiful office within Ceretana Healing and Movement Arts, which consists of two private practice spaces and a yoga studio. In addition to MamaSpace, we have CST, Somatics, P.T., Pilates, Yoga, and personal training are all represented in our space. It is a wonderful community of women to get to know, network with and learn from.
I am looking for someone who wants to work 2-4 days in my space as a contractor (5 hour shift, morning or afternoon). As a contractor you will legally be your own entity (sole proprietor or LLC), and are responsible to pay your own taxes. I provide the furnished space, clients, marketing, and manage online booking. You provide supplies to do your work (oil, sheets, computer). You make a commission on the work that you do. Your clients contact information belongs to you if/when you decide to leave. It is a great opportunity to build a clientele while keeping your expenses very low! Ideally, I am looking for someone who does not already have their own office space. I have found that trying to make two private offices both succeed is very challenging.
