Bretz RV seeks boat technicians for three of their northwest locations in Butte, Missoula, and Spokane. Are you a skilled and certified marine technician who loves a variety of work? Work on boats. All day. Every day. Repairing, maintaining,using software tools for diagnostics and testing on them. Riggings and new engine installs. Installs of other equipment (trolling motors, fish finders, etc.). Getting boats ready for showings, long hauls, and winter. Shop maintenance and cleaning. Other duties as assigned.
While technical and problem-solving skills are critical in our business, our technicians must also be professional, focused, disciplined, and understand that customer satisfaction is paramount.
Qualifications:
- Marine technician certification or previous marine technician experience
- Must have a knowledge of tools and own your own set (all specialized tools for use on-site)
- Knowledge of shop equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have high regard for cleanliness and respect for others property
- Good customer service skills, you will be asked to go over certain repairs directly with the customers
