Because of this expansion, we are seeking a qualified candidate who shares our vision, values, and commitment to superior customer service to fill the following core position:
Restoration Repair/Construction Foreman
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Knowledge/Skills in a variety of trades; framing, finish carpentry, drywall, insulation, basic electrical/plumbing, setting cabinets, etc.
Ability to problem solve and find creative solutions to challenges
Must be able to work unsupervised and oversee a project from beginning to completion
Working hard doing physically demanding labor every day
Actively promoting our brand, quality work, and core values
Accurately completing project paperwork
Safely driving company vehicles
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
High School Diploma
3+ years of construction work experience
Attention to detail and exceptional people skills
A desire to make this a career, and show leadership potential
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong math skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines under pressure
Willing and able to learn about our industry and service offerings, and willing to take training classes/testing to grow in knowledge and skills
A valid, insurable Drivers License
Ability to work flexible hours
