Window & Door Measure Technician – Missoula & Kalispell
Premier Services Group (PSG) is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Measure Technician for residential window and door replacement projects. This role is open to both W2 employees and 1099 contractors.
Service Area: Missoula and Kalispell, MT, and surrounding communities.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for evaluating job sites, confirming dimensions, performing basic material take-offs, and identifying custom labor needs. You’ll assess installation requirements for the following product categories:
Windows (Nail Flange, Block Frame)
Exterior Entry Doors
Storm & Security Doors
Patio Doors (Sliding & French)
Interior Doors (Prehung, Bifold, Bypass, Barn)
You’ll also inspect for Lead Safe (LRRP) practices and report job conditions clearly back to our team.
Note: There is also an opportunity to take on installation work for licensed installers looking for additional revenue.
Requirements:
Experience with residential windows and doors
Field measurement and jobsite evaluation skills
Ability to identify non-standard installation needs
Reliable vehicle and smartphone required
Familiarity with LRRP protocols is a plus
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Montana contractor license (for those interested in installation work)
