Requirements:
For ALL Drivers:
2 yr. min with Class A
1 moving violation MAX
No at fault accidents
1 Scale violation MAX
For Owner Operators:
Truck not older than 8-9 years
Trailer not older than 2014 and less than 25K engine hours
