YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Farming!
-Operate and work safely on heavy machinery
-Show up to work on time and ready to learn
-Flexible enough to adapt to new work environments
-Look for ways to streamline work and maximize efficiency
-Be thorough and make sure that a job gets done right the first time
-Invest the time and energy to complete work that you can be proud of
-Listen carefully to instruction and constructive suggestions
-Be willing to get hands dirty and tolerate long hours of outdoor work in the summer heat
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
-Must possess a valid driver's license
-Must be able to take and pass a drug test
-Be able to lift at least 50 lbs
-Self-motivated
-Positive attitude
-Great work ethic
-Full time summer position, possible full time depending on experience
