The Assistant Manager will directly support the Project Manager with coordination of the contract requirements for cleaning services requirements for our contract on Malmstrom Air Force Base. Day to day responsibilities require flexibility and include assistance with planning and scheduling work, hiring, training and coaching our team members to professional standards that provide our customer with quality completion of services. In this role, when assistance in completing contract requirements is warranted, working in the field is necessary. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for the operation and will collaborate with the Director of AbilityOne Operations and corporate office departments as needed during Project Manager absences. You will work on a Military installation and your eligibility for employment will depend on passing a full Federal background check to enable unescorted access to Child Development Center and Youth Center.

You must have a valid drivers license and be at least 18 years old. Your Motor Vehicle Report will be reviewed to determine if you meet our safe driver standards.

Available to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies is required.Compensation and BenefitsThis position is a full time hourly paid position and pay is issued every two weeks.Skils'kin pays on your behalf an additional fringe rate towards options for medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(k) retirement savings.You will also earn paid time off.
