Primary Purpose of PositionRoom Attendants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas following Forbes Five-Star guest standards at all time, which includes but not limited to making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and replacing amenities. As a Room Attendant, your contribution helps ensure our guest have an enjoyable and comfortable stay here at The Ranch.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesClean guest rooms and common areas according to the Standard Operating Procedures and as assigned by supervisor with extreme attention to detail.Monitor proper function of guest room appliances and repair of furniture and fixtures.Report any needed repairs to supervisor in a timely manner. Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions.Assist with responsibilities and duties of laundry and public spaces during need periods.Address guest concerns, requests and special requirements in a timely manner to housekeeping supervisor.Maintain rooms and common areas of the property.Maintain safe, secure and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.Keep storage areas tidy and communicate supply needs to Housekeeping Supervisor or ManagerReceive thorough inspections via supervisor – accept comment on suggestive improvements.Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with co-workers and guests.Follow a flexible schedule with both work hours and tasks. This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the position and it is not intended to be an exhaustive list of skills, efforts, duties, responsibilities or working conditions associated with the position.
