Prairie County Hospital District (PCHD) is now seeking candidates for a Full-Time Director of Nursing.QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be abe to effectively work independently and solve resident problems and family member concerns
Management experience required
Minimum of 5 years as a Registered Nurse
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Plan, Organize, and Direct the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department
Ensure nursing staff are complying with resident/patient rights
Responsible for ensuring adequate Nursing shift coverage
Must be available or reachable for staff
Responsible for developing programs for various reporting functions
