Client Service Representative (CSR)
Full time and part time positions open
Duties:
Scheduling appointments
Answering multi line phones with a high call volume
Performing appointment reminder calls
Basic knowledge of office equipment (fax machine, printers, Microsoft office, paper shredder, etc)
Handling payments electronically, cash, check
Counting till
Performing end of day report at closing
