Are you experienced in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems? Do you have at least 3 years of experience installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems? If so, we'd love to meet you.
In your role:
1. You'll be the superhero who ensures our properties' HVAC systems are running efficiently – providing our tenants with comfort all year round!
2. You'll troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, making repairs with expertise and precision.
3. You'll help us make smart decisions about preventive maintenance and system improvements – we trust your professional judgment!
4. Of course, you'll always prioritize safety, following all relevant policies and procedures.

1. At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or repairs.
2. A valid driver's license.
3. EPA Certification is a big plus.
4. A high school diploma or equivalent; any certification in HVAC or a related field is even better.
5. Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation procedures, repair techniques, and routine maintenance tasks.
6. Exceptional customer service skills – you'll be a big part of our team.
7. A team player attitude, but with the ability to work independently too.
