Regency Homes is looking for a field person who will become a team member in our crew of long-term employees (some over 30 years), and who will represent our well-respected 60+ year old company. Learn the homebuilding business with the opportunity to advance in a lifelong career.
Duties involve the detailing of new homes just prior to homeowner's occupancy, general labor work and job-site cleaning, and a broad spectrum of other construction related activities to ensure the efficiency of the construction process from the ground up. Must work well with others but also be self-sufficient in accomplishing required tasks.
Overtime work is available and a company vehicle (during working hours) is provided.
Experience in residential construction is preferred but not required. A clean driving record and dependable personal transportation to the workplace is necessary. Cell phone required. Medical insurance, dental insurance, 401K, and paid vacation time is offered.
