A Raymond Plumbing is looking for immediate office help. We are a very fast paced office. This is a full time, Monday - Friday 7-4:00 position. In this role, you will be the face and voice of the company by greeting our customers over the phone and in person. We are searching for someone who is looking for a long term position.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering the phones
Scheduling customer appointments
Customer billing
Applying customer payments
Reviewing Timesheets
Inspections
Permits
Entering A/P
Filing
Keeping track of Supplies – order supplies
Keeping track of Vehicle maintenance
Assigning jobs
o Making sure all paperwork is received
o Making sure all jobs are billed
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
Computer knowledge using the internet for web based applications and email is a must. QuickBooks Online experience preferred. If you meet these qualifications are are interest in applying, please email resume. No phone call excepted.
