Busy local landscape contractor is currently hiring for a position as an in-house Bookkeeper and Office Manager with a strong focus on proper bookkeeping and accounting principles utilizing QuickBooks - Contractor version accounting software, bi-weekly payroll functions, accounts payable and receivables, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, leadership abilities, project research, and implementation, with the skills to lead and oversee the day-to-day back-end operations of a successful landscape contracting business and its subsidiary. This position will be responsible for all aspects of both front and back-office functions, internal and external customer service, managing accounting and purchase order protocols, strength in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as communicating effectively within all departments of the organization, ensuring proper business ethics, and maintaining effective company culture and image. This position will also ensure business growth through the management of financial activities, while maintaining company culture to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.
