HomeGuard, Incorporated is looking for a dependable and reliable Customer Care Representative, in our Las Vegas facility. The ideal candidate will have strong Customer Care and sales skills with experience in both. Someone who enjoys being on the phone and helping customers schedule inspections.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support and/or service

Responsibilities include:
Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and routing customer complaints for resolution.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Bilingual-Spanish or Chinese Highly desired

Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience in addition to monthly commission. Hourly wage to commensurate with experience.
$16.00-17.00 per hour to start. New employee evaluations after 90 days.
