What You Bring to the Table
We are looking for customer focused call handlers. As a Call Center / Customer Service Representative, a few tasks you will provide are dispatch updates to customers, make proactive outbound calls to inform customers of a delay on dispatch, deliver quotes for services, reschedule existing jobs, provide invoices to customers, and deliver messages to Operation Managers for complaints / compliments / damages / etc.
Our staff enjoy solving problems and helping our community. We strive to utilize industry best in class technology to ensure that we are able to deliver a high quality product to our customers while always focusing on internal improvement.
We operate 24/7 which provides several scheduling options. We are an in - office call center with no remote positions currently.
Qualifications
Preferred (While preferred we are focused on Skills Based Recruiting and are engaged in training up our staff):
6 months of previous experience
Call Center
Dispatching (Any Industry)
Locksmithing
Previous work experience with Roadclubs (AAA, Agero, Allstate , Geico, NSD, etc…)
Roadside Assistance
Towing
Bi-Lingual Preferred
Required:
Dependability and professionalism
Excellent reading, listening, and verbal communication skills.
Good computer skills
Strong Customer Service and Ability to handle stressful customer situations.
Typing skills (40 WPM)

You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
