The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a team player, and skilled in financial reporting and reconciliationsalary: $26 - $27 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities
Invoice Processing: Accurately receive, review, and process incoming invoices from vendors, ensuring correct coding and authorization.
Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, handling inquiries, reconciling statements, and addressing discrepancies.
Expense Reports: Review, verify, and process employee expense reports in compliance with company policies.
Payment Processing: Prepare and execute payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers), ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger monthly and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Month-End Close Support: Assist in month-end close activities, including accruals, adjusting entries, and generating accounts payable reports.
