The Wynn Rewards Director will oversee and support the daily operations of the Wynn and Encore Wynn Rewards department in the areas of planning, budgeting, performance analysis, reporting, vendor coordination, data modeling, revenue enhancement, database management and data mining with respect to the Loyalty Rewards program.Essential Job Duties &  Responsibilities:Leads by example by maximizing creativity, presentation, and quality in service styles and superior customer service disciplines pertaining to Forbes Travel Guide Dining standardsFosters a climate of continuous learning, growth, and improvement, with a strong commitment to the career development of others.Ensures service of excellence is maintained at the utmost of quality levels through proper execution of the sequence of service and high energy.Inspires a high level of creativity, personal commitment to service of excellence and an emotional sense of gracious hospitality.Demonstrates superior customer service skills and reinforces our commitments to service through training, coaching, and guest interactions.Implementing improvements with Employee Engagement Scores and internal shop scoresMaintaining daily, weekly, and monthly competitions/incentives for Representatives to improve their enrollment numbers; Scheduling, approving time off, and maintaining staff up to compendiumSupports database team with promotional offers, kiosks management, kiosk events, and promotions.Oversee all promotions, special promotions and promo activations.Overseeing the distribution, activation, maintaining, facilitating, inventory and accounting of promotional instruments to include but not limited to promo chips, vouchers, certificates, FREECREDIT (free slot play), comps etc.
