Examples of the duties are as follow:

Cleaning and sanitation:

Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping floors, and disposing of trash.

Inventory management:

Receiving and storing food deliveries, rotating stock, and notifying chefs of low inventory items.

Operating equipment:

Using kitchen appliances like ovens, grills, blenders, and slicers safely and efficiently.

Food safety compliance:

Following proper food handling practices to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.

Communication:

Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and efficient workflow.
