Casa Mia in Las Vegas, NV is looking for 2 line cooks to join our 10 person growing team. We are located on 7365 W Sahara Ave Ste A. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Clean up station and take care of leftover food
Stock inventory
Qualifications
Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred
Able to meet all scheduling commitments
Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
Strong attention to detail
Ability to take direction and communicate with team members in English (Spanish is a plus)
Come Tuesday Feb 18th to Casa Mia between 10am and 3pm for open interviews.
