Black Mountain Grill is seeking full time line cooks.
We are looking for experienced and professional Line Cooks who have a passion for food! Candidates must have reliable transportation and have line cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. If you are a talented line cook and love to please guests with awesome food we would love to have you join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook delicious meals following our recipes
Flexibility to work several different stations (Grill, Pantry, Fry, Prep, Flattop, Sauté)
Keep your station stocked, prepared, and clean
Work as a team in a fast-paced environment
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years or recent cook experience in a high volume restaurant.
Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift.
Read and follow recipes accurately.
Ability to communicate to fellow associates.
Positive attitude and works well with a team.
Sense of urgency to take care of guest and assist fellow associates
Current and valid Food Handler's Card issued by the Southern Nevada Health District. (or proof of future appointment)
Job Type:Full-Time
Pay: Starting $19.00 and up to depending on experience
