Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Manager to join our team at Via Brasil Steakhouse. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service while leading our dedicated staff in creating memorable dining experiences.
Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
Lead and motivate kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Oversee food preparation and handling processes to maintain health and safety standards.
Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and profitability.
Manage budgets, inventory, and supplies to optimize costs without compromising quality.
Coordinate with staff to plan menus and special events that enhance customer engagement.
Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
Excellent knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen management.
Familiarity with budgeting processes and point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
