Job Summary: Helping prepare food, kitchen clean-up, washing dishes, helping set up banquets, and cleaning bathrooms
Qualifications:
1. Must be dependable and reliable to work when scheduled and to function productively.
Essential Functions:
1. Ensures that bathrooms, kitchen, and restaurant areas are kept clean
2. Ensure dishes and kitchen items are clean and sanitary.
3. Ensure the proper storing and handling of all food products, and promote safe and sanitary food handling.
4. Maintain the work area and kitchen equipment clean and orderly.
5. Stock Sanckbar.
Physical Demands:
Ability to work standing for eight hours, and must have the endurance to function in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
