$4500/5 days + tip(around $1500$2000/month)
The sushi chef at Kamu Karaoke is expected to construct a brand new prestigious menu suited to satisfy the palates of our customers.
This position demands consistency throughout every dish they present,knowledge of cross-contamination/food borne illnesses,and follow all regulations(dos and don't)of SSDN.
The sushi chef is responsible for all following physical aspects of kitchen operation:inventory,preparation/serving of food,and basic control of food cost/expenses approved by the management.
All job responsibilities have to be performed in accordance with property policies,practices,and procedures.
Job requirement:
At least 5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the kitchen.
At least 5 years of culinary experience with focus in fine dining.
