Position Overview:

As our Prep Cook, you will be a crucial member of our kitchen brigade, assisting in creating our distinctive dishes and maintaining the highest cleanliness and efficiency standards. Whether you're a seasoned pro or new to the kitchen, we provide the training you need to excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

-Preparing and prepping ingredients, sauces, and other essential items, while ensuring that every dish prepared meets the high-quality standards expected in our kitchen.

-Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict food safety guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen.

-Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations, efficiently handling the fast-paced environment typical of wok cooking.

-Assisting with inventory management by keeping track of supplies and ingredients needed, and effectively communicating these needs to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked and ready for service.

Qualifications:

-Experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required.

-A passion for food and a willingness to learn.

-Strong communication and teamwork skills.

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

-Spanish speaking is a plus but optional.
