REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalency
Previous experience performing similar duties in a healthcare setting
Exceptional computer skills
Excellent customer service and patient interaction skills including phone etiquette
Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Completion of Medical Assistant program
ENGLISH / Spanish Bilingual but not required.
Previous "Front Desk" experience that included answering high volume phone calls, providing information,
and taking messages.
