Resident is independent and mobile but needs looked after due to health concerns. Duties include housecleaning (dishes, floors, etc), organizing, and helping where needed. Background check required. Must be honest, trustworthy and prefer they have access to their own transportation. No children or pets. Amenities include access to community pools, gym and recreation center.
