Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and bilingual Construction Safety Supervisor to oversee and enforce safety protocols on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company policies, conduct safety inspections, train workers on safety procedures, and manage incident reporting. Your role is essential in fostering a culture of safety and ensuring the well-being of all team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.
Develop and implement safety plans and procedures.
Train and educate workers on safety protocols and regulations.
Investigate and report accidents or near-misses, identifying corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, local, and company safety standards.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to support a diverse workforce.
Requirements:
Proven experience in construction safety or a related field.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Bilingual proficiency English and Spanish is required.
Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, CSP, CHST) are a plus.
