Warehouse Supervisor needed for 1st and 2nd shift :
Responsible for overseeing receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping processes. Ensures customer service, efficiency, and safety by managing personnel and improving processes.
Key Duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Working within a team environment to ensure the achievement of company goals, including productivity, accuracy, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
· Direct responsibility regarding inbound, outbound, or inventory management operations, including general warehouse activities.
· Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements including service level agreements.
· Maintain a safe working environment by monitoring safety procedures and equipment.
· Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staff for effective performance of activities and response to fluctuating workloads.
· Perform the same work duties as those supervised or perform more difficult or skilled tasks or assist in their performance.
· Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
· Prepare daily reports, including analysis of production and shipping.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or 2+ years in warehousing/distribution leadership.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
Basic math and strong delegation skills.
Punctual, reliable, and able to adapt to fast-paced environments.
Fulfillment experience a must

High-pressure, time-sensitive with tight deadlines.
Cold and noisy warehouse at times.
