Henness & Haight, Injury Law is expanding and looking to add an empathetic, client-oriented Case Manager to our team. Being a “people person” is a must as customer service and good communication skills are a cornerstone of the position. In addition to being a hard worker, you must also be understanding and patient with client needs. The ability to multi-task and remain organized is also key, and at least 4-6 years of claims management experience is required.
