Heaton & Associates is a boutique personal injury law firm (two attorneys, three staff members) just off Ann and the 95. Our hallmarks are being approachable legal professionals, while being hyper-efficient in our work.
What we need:
Someone with pre-lit case manager experience who needs a break from a high-volume treadmill, or perhaps just a change of scenery. There will be roughly 50-60 cases to manage. i.e. Coordinating vehicle repairs, arranging medical care, drafting demands, following up on health insurance claims and subrogation, sending reduction requests, etc.
What we do not need:
Someone to send record requests. While you would keep tabs on what records are needed, someone else actually sends out all requests. Relatedly, most injury-oriented discussions with adjusters are handled by the attorney. You would not be expected to negotiate claims.
