Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Probate & Trust Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in probate, trust administration, and trust litigation. Key Responsibilities:
Document Preparation: Assist attorneys in preparing and filing probate, trust administration, and litigation documents, petitions, and supplements.
Discovery and Motions: Collaborate with attorneys and clients to propound and respond to discovery requests and motions.
Court Coordination: Arrange and coordinate court appearances, tele-appearances, filing deadlines, and reminders.
Deadline Management: Maintain organized schedules and provide timely reminders to ensure attorney deadlines are met.
Communication Management: Communicate effectively with court clerks, bond companies, other law firms, trustees, and beneficiaries.
Qualifications:
Experience and familiarity with CA Probate and Civil Procedure Rules.
Minimum of three years of relevant experience in probate, trust administration, and trust litigation.
At least one year of experience in CA wills, trusts, and estate law (required).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Competitive compensation: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour.
