Company manages multi family properties, self storage facilities and commercial retail stores. We are looking for a reliable, self starter, motivated individual that has current extensive marketing experience. This position does not offer medical benefits, 401k, or PTO (paid time off) other than 7 paid holidays per year after 90 day probation period.
Candidate have the following experience: computer, google, property management software, social media savvy, know how to work well under pressure, multi-task, self starter, good with time management, follow written, video and verbal instructions/directions, and communicate well. This is a team environment therefore candidate is required to be flexible and willing to take on additional tasks such as but not limited to the following areas: IT, front desk, executive assistant and/or researcher etc.
