Quality Control Manager – Grand Format Printing
A Quality Manager oversees ensuring all printed and finished graphics are accurately produced and ready to ship, deliver or install. Among other duties, their job is to confirm sizes, colors, quantities, materials and finished quality. They will be expected to communicate effectively with production mangers, sales teams and project managers.
Key Responsibilities of a Quality Control Manager
Performing detailed visual and recorded inspections (QC Photos) of final products so the products are up to industry, customer and company standards
Collaborating with other managers to establish quality metrics and criteria for product acceptance or rejection.
Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products
Flagging products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems
Leading root cause analysis for product defects and non-conformances and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment
Assist Customer Service with resolving customer complaints.
Partner with customers to ensure a quality product.
Review and administer product returns.

SKILLS & ABILITIES (Preferred)
Experience in the printing industry with deep knowledge of printing processes
Manufacturing management experienced
Use of a PC and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook)
