EG Threads, a fast-growing screen printing & embroidery company, is hiring a working Shipping & Receiving Manager.
This is a physical role – you’ll manage the shipping/receiving process and jump in when needed (loading, unloading, pallets, forklift, etc.). We need someone who can lead, organize, and keep things moving while also being part of the work.
Requirements:
Shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Able to lift 50+ lbs
Forklift experience a plus
Reliable, organized, and serious about long-term work
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily shipping/receiving operations
Coordinate logistics & keep production on schedule
Lead and support team members
Hands-on work with shipments, pallets, and warehouse flow
