Assist Office Manager and Operations Manager with running daily operations of a busy small company.
Duties include customer interaction, data entry, estimates, and order tracking.
Computer skills required - ease with Microsoft/Android/Chrome/QuickBooks Operating Systems and Software.
Previous experience in mechanical sales, parts sales, outside services type business, or motor vehicles all a BIG plus.
Bi-Lingual - English/Spanish a plus
Full Time Employment: Monday through Friday - NO WEEKENDS & MANY HOLIDAYS OFF
Start time is promptly at 7:30am. Shift Ends around 4pm. Hourly Compensation Rate based on experience.
