We are a professional landscaping company in Las Vegas looking for a Bilingual Office Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Answer calls/emails and communicate with clients in both English & Spanish
Prepare invoices and maintenance documents
Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks
Translate between English and Spanish as needed
Requirements:
Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken & written)
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel; QuickBooks a plus)
Office/admin experience preferred
Schedule & Pay:
Part-Time, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Starting at $16/hour with potential for pay increases based on performance.
