I’m managing a couple of growing businesses and looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Admin Assistant to help keep things organized and running smoothly.
About the Role:
Handle CRM data entry, organization, and light reporting
Assist with scheduling, documentation, and general office support
Approx. 10–15 hours/week (ideally in 2–3 hour sessions anytime between 8am–8pm)
$25/hr + monthly gas stipend + commission opportunities
You’ll fit great if you:
Are highly organized and reliable
Have solid communication and computer skills (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.)
Learn quickly and can work independently
Want to grow with someone building multiple ventures
This is a hands-on, in-office role. You’ll be working directly from the West Charleston Blvd office and helping manage day-to-day operations across multiple projects.
