Design Works Custom Painting, Inc. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a PART TIME position within our Billing Department.
MONDAY-WEDNESDAY 7:30AM THRU 3:30PM
12-1PM LUNCH
Required Experience & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of billing experience in a construction company environment
Strong understanding of construction billing practices
Proficient in QUICKBOOKS (A MUST), Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Typing speed of 60+ WPM
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Responsibilities Include:
Preparing and processing invoices
Managing accounts receivable
Communicating with clients and vendors regarding billing issues
General office support tasks as needed (phones, filing, data entry, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits:
$19 an hour $20 after 90 days
